It looks like Floro and Plantman have teamed up in mutating a sunflower from Superman's home state.
Either that; or Bentley Wittman and William Azard (the Wizards of the Frightful Four and Injustice Society, respectively) have cloned the AVM (minus his animal and mineral components).
