I don't recognize the 2 behind Dr. Doom (blue furry face & semi bald guy beside the Mole Man).
Can someone please identify them?

Dr Doom (who has been stated to be of Roma ancestry) and the Red Skull on the same team? That's going to work as well as the time that somebody tried to team-u[ Magneto (not only Roma, but a survivor of the Nazis' concentration camps) with the Red Skull... Say what you will about Victor von Doom (if you're confident that this won't get back to him...), he does have some standards.

The Red Skull actually took over Latveria for a brief time, in a 1970s storyline, until Doom returned and kicked him out.

I always had in the back of my mind the Masters of Evil consisting of a collection of villains of Avengers heroes from the MCU. Imagine a team with the Vulture, Iron Monger, Yellow jacket, Ivan Danko, and the Abomination. That is how they did it in the Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes.
@TMIB: Initially, that's exactly who they were...under the leadership of Capt. America's post-thaw-out arch-enemy Baron Zemo.
Mole Man looked a little like the Molecule Man to me... who would indeed be a serviceable opponent to the Man of Steel.
That art for the Masters of Evil is tremendous. Was it one shot, or an amalgam? It seems that there are different art styles (e.g., Doom looks extremely Kirby-esque, Doc Ock looks Sal Buscema like, and Super-Skrull appears John Buscema Sr. On the other hand, this might be from a reprint of Fantastic Four Annual #3... I mean, it could be a mash up of figures, but that doesn't mean that YOU did it!
Fantastic idea in any case. And I'm pretty sure that's a Garcia-Lopez Superman.
This cover shows how inspired Stan and Jack (and Ditko) were in creating villains, especially for Spider-Man and the FF. Interesting that there are no Iron Man villains here.
General Ross is more than rumored to be in the film; William Hurt has been seen on-set, in old-age makeup, on the final day of filming, suggesting that he's in a post-credits scene. The strongest theory I've heard is that Ross is recruiting Yelena Belova for his Avengers "replacement" team, the Thunderbolts. There are a good number of potential members already in the MCU, most notably Baron Zemo (and possibly Diamondback, Bullseye, and Hellcat), so the team could spawn into a movie by 2023.

And now I'm suddenly imagining a similar scene with very different characters: an unconscious Doctor Doom at the feet of a very shocked-looking Inferior Five.

Doom used magic with a red sun device to lock up Superman. Kang might have one or 2 things available for doing the same job, but the rest of these bozos together wouldn't make it to cannon fodder against Supes.
Since Clark went against Doom in the second Spidy team up, and Doc Ock in the first team effort, this cover has already got reality behind it.
With a scene like that I have to ask Do you really want every super villain in sight traipsing around with kryptonite coated underarm hair?

Normally. But, maybe he stole some of Marineboy's oxy-gum...with the Green Goblin reverse-engineering it.
det_tobor - Oh, I dunno about who could put up a fight. Skurge IS a god, after all. And Super-Skrull has a LOT of offensive tools... it might be an intriguing battle at that.

Thanks to anyone who tried to answer my question from yesterday.
I find "blue fur face" hard to swallow as Attuma (whom I'm familiar with) but I thought it was a beast man who might've fought the Beast when he became a blue fur face himself (I've never read those issues).
I'm also familiar with the Executioner (those Marvel Handbooks from '82-'83 sure do come in handy). I thought it might be the the Mandarin, Batroc or the Absorbing Man (just poorly drawn). Skurge never even occured to me.
