Evil Ernie and Bert

Happy Halloween!

I always liked Bert as a kid.  He seemed like a kindred soul, a little nerdy in his love for collecting paper clips.  I also remember my little mind being blown away when I saw his full body as he was doing "The Pigeon" dance on an episode of Sesame Street.  Pretty impressive Muppetry, I must say!

Now, you can see some of the Muppets on commercials for video phones and an Insurance company (the one that has seen so many experiences). They have lasted longer than many actors' careers.

HAPPY BOBBIN for apples night!

Ha ha! Honestly never would've ever considered pairing these two up besides the fact that the names go together. Oh man, not even if Jim Henson himself had taken Acid and DMT while having a nightmare would he ever have thought about a character like Evil Ernie. This would really be a funny adventure for Ernie, but not Bert. A demonic pigeon dance you say? Hmmmm

Awesome Halloween cover! Anyone remember the Bert Is Evil website from the 90s?

Love this cover! I've wanted to see something like this since way back in the day when Evil Ernie and Lady Death first popped into the comics scene :D

And I've been looking forward to your cover for today, after you mentioned a couple weeks back that a character would be making a debut. The wait was worth it.

Maybe for a sequel, you could have Evil Ernie vs. BTVS and his long-lost half-sister...Fairchild.

Does it come in a foil edition?

Ha! More Sesame Street characters showing up here, finally! I always preferred Ernie myself, between how he trolled Bert so much but showed his big imagination when alone. I still love the songs, "Sometimes I Imagine" and "I Don't Want to Live on the Moon."

Evil Ernie should have included Statler and Waldorf in cover cameos.

He probably tore them limb from limb after their first heckle.

By the way; how about the TMNT vs. Darkseid's Deep Six?

@Anonymous440: I second that emotion. Maybe it could be done for STF #2775?
