Kilowog and Rocket Raccoon

Continuing from yesterday's Part One, we see that more players have joined in on the action.

There has been much speculation that JJ Abrams will be taking the reigns of the DCEU now that he has a huge production deal with Warner Brothers.  Most are guessing that his first film will be  a Superman project, which could be cool - but what I would really like to see is his take on The Green Lantern Corps.  Yes, he can be derivative at times, but he knows how to make a space epic look great.

Make sure you come back tomorrow for the thrilling conclusion!

Not bad but you would wonder why the OA elite didn't drain the stone of its energy.

@DC50: It's the same old story, dude. Coulda/shoulda/wooda!

Seriously, though: is that green rock supposed to be Ekron's Other Eye?

My impression has been that GLC is indeed what JJ's working up. I think it would be extra sweet if he brought Ryan Reynolds back for Hal Jordan, but killed him off to pass the ring on to John Stewart (and I think Michael B. Jordan would fit that role just right).

@Horsefeathers: I wonder if Groot could be the long-lost seedling of Hyathis of Alstair?

@Bob: I agree. He's already proven, in "SPACE JAM," that he's a cosmic all-star who can get his game on. ;-D

@Anon: Not sure whether you were kidding or not... Michael B. is no relation to the basketball star of Space Jam, but has shown his superhero chops in Black Panther and Netflix' Raising Dion. (Okay, he was also in the most recent Fantastic Four film, but nobody's perfect.)

After the Lantern lights, can you give Groot some class and do a truly classic pairing with Freakazoid?

@Bob: Well, I was half-serious. But, really? It's not the same guy, at all?

Rats! I thought sure there "B" only _one_ Michael Jordan.
