There are very few Marvel heroes, or even anti-heroes, that are as no-nonsense in attitude as The Punisher. For that reason I would love the see him forced to work together with The Joker. They did actually meet at part of the John Romita Jr. illustrated Batman Vs. The Punisher special, but they had the Dark Knight to referee in that case. Let's see what kind of fireworks would happen with just the two of them on their own!

Yikes, how long til Punisher loses it and tries to off Joker?
Hmmmm! I wonder if this could be a situation like that Batman/Creeper team-up in the comic book spin-off of JLU. There, they were up against Blue Beetle foes, the Madmen, who had stolen a nuclear weapon simply to kill one man (a traitor) by dropping it down his chimney!
The antagonist for these two, however? I would guess either Jigsaw...or a Mandrill-controlled Harley Quinn.
Intriguing concept! The only team-up that might be even more so?
Rom, Spaceknight vs. Magnus, Robot Fighter!
Yes! Another great pairing that I had not ever thought about! I recall the Batman movie with Adam West when Catwoman, Joker, Riddler, and Penguin teamed up. As cheesy as that was, I would love to see those characters in a more serious team up, perhaps featuring the Punisher with some other Marvel characters.
@Mickey: The way I see it, United Underworld '66 (cheesy as they were) probably served as inspiration for the founding of Intergang, SKULL, the 100, et al.
Such a great idea I wonder what could force them to team up and if they could take down batman if they did
There's no way team-up between the two, as forced as it most definitely would be, does NOT end in Frank attempting to kill the Joker, Batman be damned.
The cover artist would be a good choice, or any of the current Punisher artists or even past ones, but if I had my choice, it'd be Lee Bermejo.
Very cool cover though.
My prediction for the meeting "One and one and one and one and one is 5 no one here gets out alive..." - The dOOrS. RIP: Jack Napier & Francis Castiglione.

Unless the Joker actually kills Frank first...
@Dale and Simreeve:
"Aw, Frank! Why--so--SERIOUS?"
Frank.......... wanna know how I got these scars?
Frank's most likely reply:
"Only if you don't mind me adding one...between your nose and lower jaw!"
Frank should do what Batman prevented him from doing in the Batman Punisher crossover, kill the Joker. Can you do a Robocop vs Joker?
The Joker would rip the punisher to shreds with his bare hands. He's beaten Batman in fist fight more than once.
Major shout out to Super Team family. They’re killing it with these covers. Absolutely amazing 🤩
