Captain Carrot & The Zoo Crew and Man-Thing
Marvel Studios redeemed Daredevil and The Punisher after some misguided theatrical attempts, why not Man-Thing? They can't let that Syfy movie be his only live action representation. Where would he show up though? A Doctor Strange sequel might be a good place. I'd love for them to find a way to have him mix it up with The Hulk, too (and indeed, his visage was spotted in the trailer for Thor: Ragnarok).

And whoever hates bad animal puns... BURNS at Captain Carrot's touch!
I still prefer the 1989 Punisher to the one in which John Travolta played the Chief Bad Guy. And, if not for his suitably broody performance as Daredevil, Ben Affleck would not now have tied Michael Keaton's record for playing Batman on the silver screen. I mean, whatever faults it might have had, his version of DD was at least more faithful than Rex Smith's (costume-wise, anyway)!
NSFW: Man-Thing would be nice in live action, just as long as he doesn't show up in a porn parody of Guardians of the Galaxy getting busy with Groot!
Now Spider-Ham needs to meet Swamp Thing.
I like this cover. It shows a lot of potential for mixing comedy with horror/pathos.
Oh, and I agree with FLF's suggestion.
Absolutely loved captain carrot back in the day. I was happy to see him show up in...the DC event a few years ago.
Shouldn't Captain Carrot's crew be meeting the Loonie Toons?
GH has a good point, Ross.
Giant size Man-thing! ;-)
