Batman and Jonny Quest
Jonny Quest was a pretty cool cartoon for me as a kid. Despite the presence of a cute animal sidekick, they played it pretty straight, which set it apart from most animated programs of the time. I haven't seen an episode in years, I wonder how well they hold up. I am surprised that we haven't seen a big screen adaptation of this property yet. I have read of rumors here and there over the years, so I assume it is only a matter of time.

It would be great to see Batman teamed up with some other animated superheroes. Like Space Ghost, Birdman (When he they were used as a staight hero and not comedians.) Captain Planet, etc.
You have just shown the perfect team-up! Ra's wouldn't stand a chance against Jonny & Haji (and Batman might lend a hand too.)
I do have an... Interesting Space Ghost Cover coming up.
If Anybody's interested, There are a few episodes on Youtube:

The episodes hold up very well and that's because of precisely your point that "they played it pretty straight."
Jonny Quest Green Lantern crossover should be done.
Hadji's mystic powers vs Sinestro's power ring.
What if Ra's Al Ghul and Dr. Zin had been one-and-the-same all these years?
Or if Dr Zin teamed up with Sinestro.
That would be interesting.
Jonny Quest Speed Racer crossover should be done involving a team up between Racer X and Race Bannon.
