The Mandalorian and Grogu is struggling at the box office. I really liked the first two seasons of the Disney+ series and I thought Andor was great - but there have also been a lot of missteps since Lucas sold the company. I'm not sure what could be done with the Star Wars franchise to turn things around at this point. If you put me in charge, I'd probably set up a scenario like the one above, so what do I know?

What about a Marvel-Disney/Warner Discovery crossover?
"STAR WARS: Episode 9-And-A -Half: Enter The Spacejammers"
Starring Mark Hamill and the WB Cartoon All-stars! Can you imagine Bugs and Daffy doing the "Rabbit Season/Duck Season" routine in front of Boba Fett?
Just hear me out, all right...?
"Ewoks: CSI." ;)
Superman under performed too. Hollywood is losing storytelling with imagination and care. Too bad they couldn't do Crisis as live movie. Galactus comes to the Empire!!
You mean... CSI: ENDOR?
Koff! MOANA THE NEEDLESS & TOO-SOON REMAKE Koff!
Even better. ;)
The Mandalorian and Grogu was basically a longer episode of the series. It was not spectacular but was watchable but not much more. Definitely, the first two seasons were the best.
I will say that, while The Mandalorian and Grogu was not the rollicking adventure that we typically get from big-screen Star Wars efforts, it's definitely worth the ticket price.
And if there was any award anywhere for Best Composite Performance, I think the team behind Grogu would be a strong contender.
As for today's cover, for some reason Lando looks like he should be the Sorcerer Supreme. Of course, that's just his cloak's resemblance to the Cloak of Levitation. Which makes me think... what if the Cloak were to "befriend" various non-Marvel characters from time to time, like Batman, Jimmy Olsen, or Indiana Jones? You could start with the Strange Brothers trading equipment for a moment.
I had a different idea for upgrading Jimmy Olsen: Let him find an 'H' Dial... "Dial 'A' for ACTION'. Some of the changes would be into alternative forms for which he's already known (e.g. Elastic Lad, Turtle Boy, Wolfman, gorilla, 'Agent 000'), others wouldn't.
