I figure that it would only be a matter of time before Groo's travels brought him into Middle Earth. What kind of effect would his presence have on the war against the hordes of Sauron? I'm not sure, but it would be entertaining to find out.

How about Lord of the Rings and Dungeons & Dragons.
Another fine example of "Not all who wander are lost."
How is it that Groo has yet to meet Samurai Jack?
I'd love a team up of tent and captain planet versus rat King teamed with venomous scumm
Tmnt
Maybe Groo would accidentally slaughter a large number of Orcs before they could reach Minas Tirith. His reaction would be, as usual, "Did I err?"
How is it that Groo has yet to meet Groot (or has he)?
Even Sauron would probably die laughing at him. Save everybody else a lot of time and pain. As for who else Groo might meet in his future endeavors; how about Zippy the Pinhead?
I would rather see Zippy meet Sauron, himself. To see how the Lord of Mordor might answer that eternal question: "Are we having fun, yet?"
not my cup of tea, but it has a Ring of truth to the situation. Maybe add Red Sonja?
I don't know whether it would be in character or not, but for some reason I can imagine Groo threatening Sauron's hordes by announcing, "Surrender, or I'll join you!"
Lol! I just had a mental image of Sauron pulling an Edward Munch a la Macaulay Culkin from HOME ALONE.
Groo's dog probably has. ;-)
i’m just imagining the ship full of Ghosts and it sinking because they let Groo on board, that gigantic siege and Groo and Rufferto charging in and not leaving many kills for the riders of Rohan … the Ring wraith being dealt with by a dog ( also not a man ).. the possibilities are endless…
