Photon and Starman

These two heroes have power sets that I think would go well together.  I can see The Shade being able to give them trouble, though.  It would be a vissually interesting battle to see play out.

oh this is going to be fun ( but not for Photon ) the Shade has been a hero and a villain and is one of the most complex characters dc has, his mood changes and so do his morals, Starman is going to have to think as well as fight to solve this crisis, he probably just wants to know what she should be called this month… ( Villainous Laugh )

Uh-oh! This definitely qualifies as a dark matter. ;-)

Seriously, though; is this a sequel to STF #4411?

I'd say prequel, given The Shade's appearance.

While SDCC & Shore Leave 44 are going on, not to mention Paris events, things look a bit light here. No matter how dark, there is always at least 1 star that is shining. Fun cover. Info in...R.D.jr is to play Doom for the upcoming Avengers movie.
And promos of Batman, Caped Crusader are out for Prime in August.

@Ross: oh! You mean, he ditched the unitard to retro-dress in a tux. Understood. Thanks. :-)

I'd like to see Photon team up with some of DC's lesser known black characters like Dr. Mist, Impala, Nubia or Melba Manton (the Daily Planet reporter from the 70s who had her own back up in Lois Lane). I'll have to check to see if she ever teamed up with the female Dr. Midnight in your side list (which would've been neat).
