Legion of Super-Heroes and Alien Legion

Alien Legion was published by Marvel's Epic line, but I don't think it was part of the Marvel Universe.  I can't think of any time where they met any of the established heroes.  When they first hit the scene, their comics were only sold in specialty shops or by subscription, so I never got a chance to check them out.  I always thought that they looked pretty cool though, especially the leader, Sarigar.

Thank you to Aaron Orson, a Patron of this Blog, for suggesting this meeting of two Legions!

Despite the overlap in names, I'd probably never have thought of this team-up: Congratulations!
It reminds me of the brief period when the LSH had to accept some Khundian members...

I'm fairly certain that Alien Legion was a creator-owned series (like some others published by Epic), was never intended to be a part of mainstream (or even multiversal) Marvel continuity, and has also been published through at least one other company since those days.

Alien legion should meet guardians of the galaxy or starjammers

I don't think ANYTHING from Marvel's Epic line was part of the Marvel Universe. The Epic line was specifically for creator-owned series.

There were a few Epic Books that were part of the Marvel Multiverse: Elektra Lives, Silver Surfer: Parable, Mark Millar's Trouble, and The Shadowline Saga which included St George, Power Line, and Doctor Zero and gave the Marvel Universe Terror Inc.

And a few suggestions inspired by current and forthcoming movies:

A sequel to Captains Marvel

An all-Mary cover: Mary Marvel, Mary Poppins, Mary-Jane Watson etc.

Alien Legion is one of my favorite series. The character designs were great, as were the stories. I'd love to see them redo it.

I loved the Alien Legion and have probably seen all the comics except one of two. I can say the same for the Legion of Super-Heroes. Alien Legion had interesting artwork that really stood out. The story line was somewhat like the early Suicide Squad. The Alien Legion even had a few criminals join in order to avoid jail (somewhat like the French Foreign Legion). There has been talk over the years of making Alien Legion into a movie. I, for one, have been really hoping that it comes to the theaters. It could really be epic.
