How about Ryan Reynolds as Dr. Sivana? Think about it! Smooth out the facial wrinkles, exhibited in all the trailers for DEADPOOL 2; add a white lab smock and a pair of pince-nez glasses; and voila!

Hmmm... Too tall (then again so is Mark Strong) - maybe Jackie Earl Haley?
Mary actually gets her strength from Hippolyta, but that's not really important. She can be allowed that much dramatic license, and this is still a cool cover.
Casting Dr. Thaddeus Sivana: How about Martin Short? He's not particularly tall, and is a much better actor than most people give him credit for.

Dr. Sivana didn't wear pince-nez glasses. Perhaps you were thinking of Mr. Mind.
I think that Martin Short would be a brilliant choice to play Sivana. If he is unavailable, I'd suggest Arte Johnson.

@Ross @Cary @Bob They've already cast Dr Sivana as the main antagonist of the SHAZAM film. He'll be protrayed by Mark Strong.

Well, if it helps, just think of it this way. A madly scientific genius like Sivana could easily invent a means to biochemically induce a minor growth spurt!
THE POWER OF SHAZAM ongoing of the 90's showed Mary drawing power from the same deities/demigods/heroes as Billy.
Mark Strong also played Sinestro in the 2011 Green Lantern movie.
