Halo and Spider-Woman

I hope that the upcoming Black Lightning series continues the CW tradition of introducing other DC characters in the show.  We already know that his daughters exploring their heroic heritage will be a big part of the show.  It would be cool to see Halo, Geo-Force and Metamorpho join the already established Katana to enter Jefferson Pierce's world.

Well, if Metamorpho joins the cast of the BL Show, it'll be proof that the latter isn't a member of the Flash/Arrow-verse. Seeing as how Simon Stagg bought the farm in Episode 2 of FLASH Season 1!

How Forbush Man would break the same news in NOT BRAND YECCH:

"It's time you learned your true origin. You're the daughter of Roy Harper and the Black Orchid from an alternate future!"

The death of Stagg on Flash was pre-Flashpoint, so he might be out there still/again. Ralph Dibny is.

Thus far, the CW Dibny makes SMALLVILLE's Elastic Lad look like Reed Richards.

I'll be interested in seeing whether BL exists in the Arrowverse's Earth-1, Earth-38, or some other Earth.

Cary & Emsley: Simon Stagg's death, or lack thereof, is secondary to the presence of Rex Mason. After all, more than one DC hero has had his (or her) origin adjusted to fit the setting.

Even if Rex Mason shows up, he'll won't be full-time Metamorpho like in the comics. At best, he'll CGI-transform for a minute of screen time every couple of episodes, like they've done with Firestorm and Steel on Legends.

@BG: Maybe so. But, it always takes the Batman to turn Red Hood into the comic book Joker.

Speaking of the Arrow-verse: I just saw the mid-season finale of SUPERGIRL. Very depressing...and even more disappointing. "Reign" looked more like Silver Age Black Flame!

Two thumbs' down. :-(
