Booster Gold and Doctor Who (Part One)
I remember Booster Gold feeling like a very welcome addition to the DCU when he first hit the scene. All too often when a new superhero was introduced to Marvel and DC, they were an offshoot of an existing character, or at least derivative in some way. Booster was a truly original creation with a unique back story and personality. It's been enjoyable to watch him grow as a hero over the years.
Stay tuned tomorrow for the exiting conclusion to this tale!

EXCELLENT! The 4th Doctor is my favorite Time Lord of them all as he was the one I first watched the adventures of on WOR-TV (Old Channel 9, Secaucus, NJ) back in the Seventies.
I will now wildly guess that Part 2's cover will feature the 13th Doctor being hit on...by both Booster and Capt. Jack Harkness.
My favorite time lord, too. And the first one I ever watched. I also enjoyed Booster Gold when he began his run in DC. Especially when he joined the Justice League and would pal around with the second Blue Beetle (Ted Kord).
I look forward to your Part Two tomorrow.

Can't think of a more natural pairing....other than Booster's dad Rip Hunter.
Tom Baker's my favorite Old School Dr. Who too.
Although I love Tom Baker, I've always wanted more Tenth Doctor (David Tennant). How about a cover where he goes after Kilgrave The Purple Man (Jessica Jones version)?
yessssss.....tom baker is MY favorite dr. who too!!!!....lol
Maybe Booster Gold will be reincarnated into the Doctor! I thought Dan Jurgens did an excellent job with design with Booster Gold but I do miss the cape/cloak and think he should wear it on occasion like Wonder Woman. As for the doctor the availability to watch it has been too sporadic so I will just wait until I am retired and watch all 25 doctors on videocubes.
@GHL: them are Sontaran fightin' words.

In 'Convergence', Booster was sort-of-"regenerated" into the New 'Waverider'...
@Simreeve: how about one where Michael Jon Carter is actually Warren Worthington DI (the 501st)?
