The Atom and The Micronauts in: "Micro Manager!"

I was hoping that the whole DC Rebirth event would mean that Ray Palmer would get some exposure again, given his many new fans from DC's Legends of Tomorrow.  Instead, we see Ryan Choi as The Atom (wearing a variation of TV Ray's outfit, no less) in the new Justice League of America title.  Don't get me wrong, I really like Choi as a character and collected his series - but let's see the classic Silver Age  Atom get some love again in the comics! He's more than due.

The Atom and The Micronauts crossed paths in STF #724...

I much preferred Bill Mantlo's Marvelous version of The Micronauts (over their current IDW incarnation). In much the same way I agree with you about the Silver Age look of the Atom needing to come back,

Maybe they could do something like what Blue Beetle is doing? Make Ray Palmer part of the ensemble as a mentor to the new Atom...?

Ray Palmer is supposed to be Ryan's mentor -- this version of Ryan is only his grad student, rather than a professor -- but he's gone missing somewhere in the microworlds...

Maybe Ryan is having a shrunken menage a trois with Jarella and Janet Van Dyne (Hank Pym's MIA wife from the Michael Douglas movie).

I like Ray Palmer more as Sword Of The Atom and Ryan Choi as Disgruntled Atom Who Deals With Weird Crap

Is that picture of the Atom from a trip into Professor Hyatt's time pool?

I'd love to see an ensemble cover of absent minded professors from the comics: (Hyatt, Edgewise) etc. and cartoons
