I loved the Blue Devil of the 80's. He was carefree and often hilarious. But then DC let him be changed to a more serious and demonic character, thus ruining him for me.

This is another really good cover that, despite having art from two different hands, looks like a unit piece.
The only oddity is that cat in the foreground. Was that part of the landscape with the garbage cans, or did you add it?
