Given today being Earth Day, I would've expected a team-up of Chemo and Hedorah the Smog Monster.
Between battling one another and joining forces, I think Vic and Etrigan would be alternating between those two, and probably spending at least a little time doing both at once.
I also agree somewhat with Mr. Acer. I'd love to see more covers done in recognition of the day on which they're published!
Jack Kirby would be proud of this cover and I bet he wished he could have drawn this in his time.
I imagine them paired off against Morgan Le Fey and Mephisto
