Cheech & Chong and Jay & Silent Bob

This was a suggestion in the comments section and and I just had to give it a shot.  I haven't revisited the Cheech and Chong films so I don't know how well they hold up, but I remember liking them as a kid.  I think it is cool that Kevin Smith has been able to take the characters that he and Jason Mewes played in his breakout film, Clerks, and spin them off into other genres.  Hmmm, maybe I should have thrown Bill & Ted in there as well.

This is pretty funny!! I have Clerks on my Netflix queue, I'll have to check it out.

I've got an idea for a new cover--Scully and Mulder team with Kolchak the Night Stalker.

I have never seen an episode of Kolchak, so I don't know much about him - but Mulder and Scully have some appearances scheduled...

Without Kolchak there would be no X-Files so that would be a great team up.

Another interesting team up would be Moonstone and Harly Quinn. Two psychologists who lose there marbles and go bad.

Actually, there are two "Clerks"-- the feature film in B&W and the animated TV series available as a 2-DVD set (several episodes never aired)-- and two Kolchaks-- the "Nightstalker" TV-movie and series from the early series and the updated version from about ten years ago. (There's other works that use those names besides those two franchises, but these are the ones with comics versions.)

Next you'll need to team up Cheech & Chong with one of the great Western stars (Jonah Hex, maybe?) for "High Noon!"

Hahaha I think it was my suggestion a few weeks ago that spawned this outrageous cover. Loving it! I know Harold and Kumar are gonna make a cameo somewhere in there too. But if only you had held it for another 2 weeks it could have run on 4/20, but maybe you have an Easter cover planned for that day. Anyway thanks for taking my idea and making it a reality. It's so hilarious I almost spilled the bong water laughing so hard.

Ha! Much as I am an old superhero fan, and so greatly enjoy your usual fare, when you go to other comics genres, I get the biggest kick. $crooge & Phoney Bone, for memorable example.

This one had me laugh out loud from the title link, before I saw it. Kudos to whichever commenter suggested it, and for your execution. There were Cheech & Chong comics?

Little Lotta and Bouncing Boy!

See, this is why I never make suggestions here.
