Vigilante Vs. Howard The Duck

There was a lot of clutter removal and image extension required on this Howard the Duck splash page before I could add Vigilante into the mix.  Here's a look at the behind the scenes progress:

I remember this issue! Spidey and HTD vs. Status Quo.

Good research, Ross. And nicely edited. :-)

Imagining the live-action versions of these characters makes it so much more hilarious!

That is correct.

Like, say, starring Nicholas Hammond, Chip Zien, and Ed Gale?

@Carycomic: I was thinking more like Toby Maguire, Seth Green, and Sean Gunn.

If they could get a handle on the uncanny valley aspect (Polar Express still creeps me out) like they did with the modernized Rocket Racoon, I would love to see a live action/CGI version of this or most of the original Howard series, so long as it was done faithful to both that style and characterization. An animation hybrid like Roger Rabbit wouldn't be too bad either.

I like this comic book version better than the marvel movie cameos and new comic book versions

I was actually thinking Freddie Stroma from the Peacemaker show.
