Captain America and Johnny Thunder

Johnny has a genie and a super-soldier as back up so I think he'll do OK in this situation.  Still, I'd be interested in reading about it, especially to see the young hero's reaction to working alongside Cap.

Say you! This would be... so cool!

How about the various genies of fiction (Jeannie, Norm, Shazzan, Genie, Johnny’s thunderbolt, etc.) squaring off on a Team Rocket that want to capture them in pokeballs.

Norm came out of a ball in the Fairly Oddparents special “Fairy Idol”.

The first moment Johnny met war-time Cap, he would doubtless have spent the first thirty seconds or so stammering something "Golly Gee Willikers!" before proclaiming what an honor it was. The confrontation with the Black Dragons would've only been action-packed gravy, though. The meat of the story would've been Johnny accidentally blurting out "SAY, YOU wouldn't need an older, slightly more experienced partner than Bucky, would you?"

I've been following the art work of Rich Seetoo and Tom Morgan for about a two years now and really like this mash-up, but have never seen Cap carrying his adjutant shield since his first days in Captain America Comics. Where did you find this unique picture of Cap?

From Rich Seetoo's FB page

"Say, you better get me out of this jam, T-bolt!"

I'm curious about the shield, too, though I think there was a period later in Cap's career when he used this shield as well -- the round one had been taken from him somehow.

As for Johnny, we've seen him meet Shazzan and Jeannie, but what about a certain blue-skinned individual whom we've never had a friend like?

Kang (Klingon from Star Trek) vs. Kang (From Marvel)

I don't see why not. Shazzan could introduce them!

@my namesake: wasn't that already done, about eight years back, this November?

No, that was Kang from Marvel and Kang from The Simpsons (who was named after the Klingon). Plus Krang from TMNT.

how about Kang(marvel) wanting to capture all the genies for a power ? Kang-Tankerous!!
Ross, you see what you start with your ideas??!!

Let me guess: so he can wish to battle (and conquer) Mr. Universe as the first Purple-Green-and-Blue Lantern.*

*His usual color scheme, of course.

Come to think of it, that's not a bad idea. Kang the Klingon--as a Red Lantern--teaming up with Kang the Conqueror against Mr. Universe!

Brett and Tobor? You're geniuses!

Actually, the Star Trek personage that I most think would fit as a Red Lantern would be Khan. Kang, looking at his career, would be more of a Green Lantern (however counterintuitive that might seem; he was, in the end, an honorable man).

"Khan" you believe that?
