As a fan of both Star Wars and the animation of Genndy Tartakovsky, I was intrigued when I learned he had turned his talents on to a galaxy far, far away. I was finally able to watch Tartakovsky's Clone Wars series on MAX, and it did not disappoint. They are worth checking out for the light saber battles alone.

No argument, there, Ross. In fact, in some respects, CLONE WARS: TAS was far superior to the CGI version! Like Anakin's liberation of the Nelvaanians. Or Kit Fisto's leading the Mon Cal to victory over the Quarren Separatists. Or the droid lancers of Separatist Gen. Durge being turned into so much scrap iron by Obi-wan Kenobi!
Having put specifically Mace on this cover, I particularly also love the ep where he basically has to take on a huge number of battle droids with Force-enhanced martial arts. That was some prime "oh yeah Genndy worked on this" stuff.
Great to have such specialists for these covers!!
What Det. Tobor said. Any chance of having Composite Superman go up against the Shiar Imperial Guard?
I second that emotion! :-)
I mean, as far as consecutive appearances go, Composite Superman is _two up_ on the whole Imperial Guard.
