Maybe Solomon Grundy was telekinetically revived by Madam Webb because Iron Man is gonna need his help against "The Return of the Freak" (from STF #2877*).
*Which, btw, came out in Feb. 2020. Yet, a similar cover-sim from April of that same year had a lower issue number!
