The Punisher Vs. Nexus

This is another cover that looks relatively simple, but required a bit of prep work.  I had to remove and replace Nexus's targets prior to adding Frank Castle in.  Here is a look at the behind the scenes progress:

I had never heard of Nexus so I had to google him...and found this to be a really intriguing character match-up. Clever, clever.
This promises to be a terrific story. Any chance you could mail me a copy of the actual issue. (My local branch of Multiverse Comics doesn't seem to have a copy.)

Frank Castle as the Cosmic Ghost Rider might stand a chance against Nexus. But, one on one, just firearms against energy blasts that can probably shatter asteroids? Ciao, Francesco (and RIP)!

Nexus is a Favourite ! - The Punisher got overused much like Wolverine,
Horatio Hellpop ( no relation to Herbie ) is an Enemy Mr. Castle will truly have to worry about !

The Punisher's been demoted to second place by Deadpool's recent (and still on-going) overabundant usage.

Nexus is going easy on Castle. He wants to get the plans to a building he plans to investigate.

The one located near a certain pizza joint that delivers to sewer outlets?

P.S.---how about Nexus forming a group alongside Cyclops, Dr. Solar, the Golden Age Comet, and Megaton Man? The Super-Visors!

I second Cary's group suggestion.

@Tobor: doesn't he already belong to one of the Robo Forces?

@Anon229: Evidently, he has yet to even debut here as part of a one-on-one combo!
