Nah it's not gonna be a long battle. Lobo can literally crush planets with his bare hands and throw stars. He would obliterate Sabretooth to atoms wih a single punch. He is also much faster (he is able to fight with speedsters and win) and much more durable. Throw million Sabretooths at him and the result would be the same. Not even close.
My namesake is right. Right from the moment DC debuted him, he struck me as a Bizarro version of Wolverine (minus the knuckle claws and Yoda-speak). With a Metron-meets-Ghost Rider mode of transport.
Against all of that? Sabretooth ain't got a snowball's chance in Miami Beach!
I'd love to see the winner of this match take on the Hulk and JJ from STF #4535.
It depends on which Lobo - if it is the one who can fight Superman man-on-man Sabretooth does not have a chance.

This might be the only time I'd root for Lobo.
Hopefully they don't fight off-panel like with Wolverine in Marvel vs DC...

Nah! That would be more fitting for Sabretooth vs. Vampirella. Or Lord Pumpkin vs. the Nocturnals. Or even Dr. Fate and Airboy vs. Misery!

This makes your 9th Lobo cover & he has yet to team up/spar with any female characters. Maybe She-Hulk, Thundra, Dark Pheonix, Power Princess, Steelheart (Silverhawks) or She-Ra would work on his next one. Jem & The Holograms, Thunderiders (a.k.a. Team America) or the Powerpuff Girls would be some wild match ups too.
I don't think Lobo could handle losing to a girl.
Then, Kamala Khan would probably drive to tears (just with her over-utterance of OMG's)!
