I was mostly a fan of superhero comics when I was a kid, but my admiration for Joe Kubert's artwork got me reading other genres like war comics and adventures with Tarzan. I still remember the tabloid sized Stories from the Bible DC Special that introduced me to his amazing illustrations.
Coming tomorrow: STF#4500!

I'll bet that Fury and Gravedigger are out to steal the Nazi version of the Super-soldier Serum before more Master Men get created. Unfortunately, Per Degaton's probably already beaten them to it...only to get hijacked by Kang!*
I can't wait to see what you have for tomorrow's cover, Ross. :-)
And Google? This is still the genuine me! Your security codes don't work for jack.---Carycomic
*See yesterday's issue.
You've been doing this nearly as long as I've been alive! I was born in 2005, so this has been going since I was anywhere from 5-7. If that makes you feel old, just remember: I'm only turning 20 this February, and yet I have my own existensial issues. I think I've learned ageing isn't fun for anyone. But forgive that sad tangent.
Forgive me for that negative tangent there. But I actually have a bizarre idea to share: Ibis the Invincible, Sargon the Sorceror (hope I spelled that right) and Chondu the Mystic. All magicians who wore turbans. It'd be fascinating seeing them together.
I share your enthusiasm for Joe Kubert. Such a distinctive style. Great to see him today.
Nick 's thinking;It's Wednesday, some super vital item has to be gotten because it will affect the free world. It's Friday, that will be a person that will need to be gotten.
What does Monday mean? ;-)
It means back to work...for most of us.
@Anon752: lol!
