Green Arrow and The Black Widow in: "From Star City to Stalingrad!"

I thought that it would be fun to present a Silver Age adventure featuring these two heroes.  Green Arrow and Black Widow shared a Bronze Age adventure in STF #2722 and first met (with Daredevil) in STF #1935...

Fun fact: "Star City" is the English translation of "Zvyodzny Gorodok" (the urban center that grew up around the Russian version of Cape Kennedy). This makes me wonder if Oliver Queen received something in the mail that should have gone to ZG, instead.

If so, what could it be? I'm guessing an offshoot of the Earth-STF version of...Starro the Conqueror!

That might make for an interesting sequel. The Red Ghost meets Jarro!

Well, this Silver Age match up makes sense...we already know how much Ollie is a sucker for fishnet stockings, LOL!!

Awesome 😎

The classic trim line looks great on both of them. Widow uses her looks to assist her work and Ollie appreciates her efforts in that area. Maybe that's why she can take males for granted. Oliver might not mind that either.

How about an all-girl group called "The Nylon League"?

Zatanna and/or Black Canary (for DC); the retro-Black Widow you depicted today (for Marvel); and Fishnet Angel (from Shooting Star Comics).

How about Darth Vader vs. Aliens?

I think Cary's on to something there. Ahsoka Tano vs. Aliens might be more pressing, though, from a storytelling standpoint.

Or, for something completely different, Pinky and the Brain try to steal the TARDIS.

Or, failing that, how about the 4th Doctor vs. Epoch, Lord of Time?

And you think pinky had not already stolen a Tardis ! ( though probably the Masters )
i do like that the Black Widow is in her first costume ( first appearance was in fashionable of the time clothes) though i am wondering if this is the earth two Green Arrow who would have been less likely to be fooled by a pretty face.

Less likely, alas, does not equal impossible. :-(
