This is the sixth appearance of the MK/EM team - Ralph fell under Eclipso's influence in STF #2908, They faced an angry underworld in STF #2831, Psycho Pirate turned them against each other in STF #2732, Ralph came to the rescue in STF #2518, and they first started working together in STF #2169...

Great cover. No idea what CW is going to do about Ralph.
I wonder which doctor MK will take him to: Fate or Strange?
I think it's time for an MK/EM tag. And maybe for the pair to meet some villain from a third-party company, like maybe the Underminer.
I also would like to see a revisit of the Sampson/Quinn rivalry.
@Tobor: The strongest rumor is that they'll bring Ralph back with another face to wrap up his arc with Sue, and then wave bye-bye. I wish they wouldn't, though; what Hartley did wrong was years ago, and he acknowledges that it was wrong, so we need the same forgiveness that Disney gave James Gunn. (Not that that's likely; we live in a society where forgiveness has to be earned, which is an oxymoron.)
@Anon: I'd go with Strange, between the two, though it was your comment that made me think of Sampson.
Nice one - and enjoyable to see you how far back this partnership stretches...(sorry) (although the covers without your new blue outline seem to work better. I know why you need it but couldn't you work something into your logo instead?)
Anyway, if Ralph is so keen to pair up with a knight of the Moon, maybe we should rename him...Elong Musk.
Such a strange pairing! Um, I've always preferred EM's original costume (Infantino). Is it possible to get one of those in a teamup?
I'd rather see Ralph team up with Deadpool. If only so each of them can look at the other's red-and-black costume and simultaneously quip something like: "Hey! I was told this look was one of a kind!"
Reg- Why, yes, that is possible because I like that outfit as well.
Cary, I have a cover like that in mind - but with two other red & white clad characters.
@Anon824: I'd rather see Eclipso take on Dr. Diamond.*
*A Golden Age superhero from Holyoke Comics now in the public domain.
@Carycomic: There was also an early Fawcett hero named Diamond Jack, and Timely had Blue Diamond. In the eighties, Americomics had a heroine named Black Diamond. Methinks we have the makings of another team.
The Diamond Band, perhaps?
@Other Bob: Could that group be challenged by Marsha, Queen of Diamonds (helped by her aunt)? If not, I suppose they could fight the Royal Flush Gang.
(Though I still hold that the best non-DC hero to go against Marsha would be Jack of Hearts.)
Marsha,Queen of the Diamond Band and her Flaming Carrots undercutting Eclipso. Printed by Facet House. It was a small time operation. Just a diamond in the rough.
Ooh! Ooh! That I'd like to see: an Eclipso-controlled Flaming Carrot vs. Capt. Carrot. Who would win?
SuperRabbit
More likely Thunderbunny.
THe CW is missing a golden opportunity by not creating an E. Man spinoff. One thing E. Man would be good at is providing an ideal balance of drama and humor that you wouldn't likely see on the other DC universe shows and that would be ideal for these times.
