The former could be stolen from He-Man, discourtesy of a Catwoman being mind-controlled by the pheromones of Mandrill (telepathically brainwashed, in turn, by Grodd) then sic'ed on T'Challa!
All as part of a master plan aimed at getting some vibranium that Grodd could fashion into chains for the Flash.
