Robotman and Iron Man (Part One)

Only a few promotional images from Captain America: Civil War have surfaced, but I like what I have seen of Iron Man's new armor.  I have enjoyed the various designs that we have seen in the films to date, but I still miss Tony Stark's classic red & gold armor that he wore throughout the bulk of the Silver and early Bronze age.  I have been waiting to see that look onscreen, widow's peak, hip discs and all, and maybe we will one day - but this new look is pretty cool too.

Make Sure you stop by for Part 2 tomorrow!

Wasn't that the second armor that Stark made in the first film? Okay, third. The first was in the cave, the second was the gold armor, then the next one was the classic version?

They had the color scheme close but the faceplate, shoulders, gloves boots and lack of hip discs were all wrong. The film version was closer to Tony's 90's and beyond suits.

At least, it wasn't the late Seventies armor with the built-on nose. Honestly! That look was the only thing worse than George Clooney's Bat-nipples!

Digging this cover because of the Robotman love. Awesome. Plus the cover REALLY makes you want to find out the hell's going on and why Cliff would (maybe)willingly let Stark do this to him.
