The JSA and The Avengers in "Cruel Intentions in Dual Dimensions!"
I featured a these two teams together in their more modern incarnations a few weeks back, and I thought I would try my hand at a more retro cover. I used to love checking out the All-Star Comics reprints that would show up in 100-Page JLA issues. As cool as it was for me to see all those heroes together at once, I can only imagine how it must have felt for a young fan seeing the original issues on the newsstand back in the 40's.

That's an awesome anniversary issue!
Fantastic!
I simply adore that King-Size Avengers Annual by Don Heck and Vince Colletta from which that image came and it's beautiful to see it used so creatively in another context.
Rip Off
Beautiful-like you I loved the 70s reprints of JSA stories-NOW hoe about the FF and The Incredibles? The FF and Dell's Fab Four?
ANYTHING with the Mighty Crusaders?
Now let's see JSA, Avengers, Might Crusaders, Hanna Barbera TV Mighty Heroes, T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents, Charlton Action Heroes, Shazaam's Squadron of Justice, Dell's Fab Four, Freedom Fighters, in "Crises All Over The Place!"
Some good suggestions there Jon, Stay tuned because I have a cover or two coming up that are right up your alley!
Ross-I've become addicted to your site. I am surprised every day! Keep surprising me!
Ross you're work is way more interesting than what DC puts out these days
I would LOVE to see a JSA vs The Round Table of America from Big Bang Comics that was a great homage to classic JSA and JLA tales
I have always been a big "super teams" fan. I've always liked the idea of heroes coming together like the JSA or Avengers. Any "team team up will be okey dokey with me.
