I love Vixen as a character, but that first costume of hers was something else. For a character that was supposed to be a fashion model, it wasn't the greatest look. Fortunately she received a makeover by the time she joined the JLA.

She wasn't like the Wasp with fashion or funds...but she did become somebody special! Ross, no gunmen?? For shame!!These three stooges couldn't afford 'the crowd' with the guns?? Pay cuts are everywhere these days!!
With the Real Ghostbusters coming to Tubi tomorrow, maybe the Real Ghostbusters could meet the Filmation Ghostbusters.
I'm struck by the similarities between this look for Vixen and the Halle Berry Catwoman costume. Not just the oversized helmet, but the bare back as well. I can't imagine one influenced the other, especially since both failed to go over well.
@Ross: she might've adopted the later (quasi-Kraven) style to differentiate herself from the Crimson Fox sisters. In any case, I now hope even more that these two get to someday meet Marga the Panther Woman (whose bush pilot boyfriend was named...Ted Grant).
@Futabakun: The hairstyle she initially adopted after permanently doffing the mask was the only thing I disliked. A cornrow/mullet hybrid? Definitely a hair-don't!!!!
Maybe these two should meet Catwoman, not to bust her but needing her help with something.
