I'm glad to finally use Doctor Destiny on the blog, an underrated DCU villain. In addition to his cool creepy look, he was powerful enough to take on the JLA single handedly. His mind-bending abilities always made for interesting visuals as well.

H.H.HORSEFEATHERS has to hand it to you Destiny and Taskmaster would be something out of the norm. Great graphics with Paste pot Pete.
BL and Johnny Storm have certainly gotten themselves into a sticky situation, alright.
*Ba-DUM-boom!*
Seriously, though? This is definitely a great visual, Ross! The only way it might be (arguably) surpassed is if Doc Destiny got into a turf war with Marvel's Lord Nightmare. But, for some reason, I feel that's one dream that will never be realized, here.
The Trapster??really? Egghead wasn't available? Ross, an army of C-listied villains going as a team against a hero might be interesting too??? Dr D does have potentials....goooodd luckkk!
Depends on which Egghead you mean. Hank Pym's old foe. The one played by Vincent Price on BATMAN '66. Or the giant A.I. with Fu Manchu tendencies and an unquenchable hatred of Wonder Woman!
No, no... that last one was Egg Fu, not Egghead.
I'd like to see a crossover of Nightmare with Dream of the Endless, which reveals that Nightmare is Dream's renegade son, perhaps by Morgan Le Fey (either the DC or the Marvel version of her would be fine).
I forgot to check the archives first; the characters met in STF # 3840, although no possible family relationship was mentioned...
I've never seen Doctor Destiny before, but the resemblance shared between him and Task Master is uncanny! Though I suppose you could say the same of any caped iteration of Skeletor. Maybe they all shop at the same botique?
But now that I've met the fellow, I'm when more interested to see what would happen if Doctor Destiny have of against Doctor Fate. That's not even crossing company lines, but I haven't found any evidence they've crossed paths!
Maybe Ross could make them part of a tag-team match. Doctors Fate and Strange vs. Nightmare and Doc Destiny..
Ross...a "medical" convention contest....Dr Ock, Dr Destiny vs Dr Fate , Doc Samson in House of Secrets....house cal!s!! ??
With this cover possibly being a sequel to STF #4281, Ross could ret-con #3840 into a trilogy that your suggestion could make into a four-parter! :-)
Potato/tomato.
Why not? :-)
I second the motion.
