Ant-Man and Wonder Woman

 

This is a rare case where I used an actual Super-Team Family cover to make a lost issue. Some prep work was required before I could add in Ant-Man.  Here's a look at the behind the scenes progress:

How ironic! Trading the Mighty Mite for a mini-Marvel. And, what's this (third from the central-bottom left)? The Creeper was once part of the SSOSV?! Say it ain't so!

Seriously, though, Ross; this is great! With Scott Lang in the mix, those robots could quite plausibly be taken for Hydra-surplus Dreadnaughts. Possibly even under the remote control of the Construct (last seen in STF #4487 @ 7/26/24)!! But, even if I'm wrong, at least we now know why Ant Man was unavailable to help out Nova and Gavyn @ STF #5010.

Yep. Look up the cover of SSoSV #9. The Creeper joined the Society, and the Trickster joined up with Captain Comet and Kid Flash to fight them.

Someday I hope she finds out where those same robots come from and brings them to justice. Maybe team with Dollman, the Micronauts, or Mighty Man & Yukk to keep the short hero trend going.

If Hank had worked with Diana in the early days, i wonder if he would have brought out her scientific side? This is an interesting cover as is though.

The other day I asked where Hank Pym was when Starman and Nova needed him. Well, as Cary already pointed out, here's my answer!

PS: Perhaps a cover featuring Ant-Man and the Ant Hill Mob? Though whether it's a team-up or a battle might depend on which version of the latter you're using.
