Hopefully the next time we see The Hulk in the MCU, we will get a little bit of the tension back. I have enjoyed his last few outings, but he has mostly been used for comic relief. The Hulk works the best for me when he is presented as a little bit dangerous and unpredictable to be around, even to his allies.

What a sight for sore eyes. Especially if they were drunk. Hulk having the DT. The leader is fine. How did you vote for his partner. Who cares? It's no sweat off my brow.
Now there's something I don't remember EVER seeing Hulk with anxiety. Least he doesn't mumble. And truth be told he did always have Flattop on his side.
Maybe pair the Incredible Hulk with Hulk Hogan, or even the "Indestructible Hulks" of the video game Robotron.
@Haah: Maybe Dick Tracy's Flattop could meet the Flattop from Harvey comics (from over half a century ago).
Here come old Flattop...........
The Incredible Hulk TV show that Mark Ruffalo has pitched to Kevin Feige -- and which is rumored to have been picked up -- would harken back to the Bixby/Ferrigno series, with Banner wandering from town to town as a fugitive. Some of the wording of what I've heard gives me the impression that it will also show a return of the tension between the Banner and Hulk personas that we saw in Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War.
As for today's cover, when I saw who was on it I was expecting, or at least hoping for, the Professor Hulk persona. I think it'd be fantastic to see a cover where Banner's great intellect is being applied to a problem, alongside someone like Tracy, Batman, Ted Kord, or Donatello. Still, this is a great cover, with great implications for the story inside.
PS: From the Department of Weird Team-Ups: John Constantine and Roger Rabbit.
The Hulk? Flat on his back?!
He must have been Brow-beaten.
The Brow and the Leader is the real team-up here.
I'm just glad to see Tracy is having such a Banner day!
Whereas Banner has been brought down to half-mast. And is probably seeing a lot of spangled stars!
