Spider-Woman has been given a new, more utilitarian costume in recent years. I assume it is to make her outfit more movie-friendly should she ever make the leap to the big screen. The original may be hard to translate into live action, but it still looks fantastic on the illustrated page. it's great design and I hope we have not seen the last of it.
Spider-Woman met Batman once before, way back in my B&B MS Paint days...

I misread the title and was expecting the Enforcers from Spidey's early days. Have they done an STF appearance? If not, they would be great with Matches Malone or the Punisher-esque version of Vigilante
Thanks again for living up to your tag line- I really do wish I'd seen these comics!
H'mm, has Batman ever met Spiderwoman's friend the Shroud?
That's one I have been meaning to get to, Simreeve.
I don't know which artist originally did the diving pose. But, the scariest Batman pose I ever saw was from the cover of the Detective Comics 100-page Spectacular featuring the story called "Night of the Bat." The one where the only talking done was by the gang of trigger-happy bank robbers he pursued so relentlessly...and wordlessly.
I read that story, too! Only, it was called "Night of the Stalker" (from DETECTIVE COMICS V.1/#439).
Nice cover; I like the one from the B&B MS Paint days but I like big cats.
Spider-Woman's new costume came out around the same time as Batgirl's new costume and I hate both. I always wanted these two to meet. DC's premiere detective meets Marvel's top PI.
Batman with Moon Knight & the Shroud...Fighting crime in black & white.
too the above poster i agree with your team of Batman, Shroud & Moon Knight...
...and the villian should be Mark Millar's Nemesis...
...i think Marvel's top PI would perhaps be Jessica Jones or Knight/Wing Investgations....
How about Jessica Drew meets Nancy Drew?
How about [Jessica Drew] Spiderwoman meets Quality's 'Spider Widow'?
The shroud .dr.midnight. Shadow lass. The shade. Against dr.light. light master and other light related villains.
Jackel, I don't know about that. Jessica Jones admitted that she let online databases do her heavy lifting. Jessica Drew actually undertakes legwork, she's a PI in the tradition of the classic, hardboiled "gumshoe".
Perfect sequel request: Spider-man and Batwoman!
