I know you have used a lot of Jack Kirby artwork, but have you featured Kirby himself on a cover? I see you have featured Stan Lee a couple of times. It would be great to see Jack Kirby alongside some of his greatest creations on his 100th birthday.
If you are going to do some Jack Kirby tribute covers I would love to see: The Hulk and The Demon, Captain America and Mister Miracle, Thor and Kamandi, Silver Surfer and Orion, and The Fantastic Four and The Challengers of the Unknown.
I think Fantastic Four vs The New Gods would be cool. You can have Mr Fantastic vs Mister Miracle, Invisible Woman vs Big Barda, The Thing vs Orion, and Human Torch vs Lightray. Plus you can throw in Dr Doom and Darkseid.
FF/Challengers and Thor/Kamandi are already on the blog
PS: Here's hoping that the next time Man-Bat and Spider-Man meet, it's during the latter's "six-armed" period. I'd love to see that. (I almost said that I'd pay to see it, but if I had money I already would be.)
Oh, and I do like Lieber's suggestion, though probably the ideal Kirby tribute cover would be the early Avengers and the New Gods.
The issue that falls on Jack Kirby's birthday would be issue number 1962. That was the same year that some famous Jack Kirby creations debuted: The Hulk, Dr Doom, Ant Man, and Thor.
Why not consolidate all of LK's suggestions? More specifically; have all those characters gathered around a birthday cake as Jack Kirby stands pondering how to blow it out!
Of course, that might entail incorporating the big cake from JLA v.1/#100.

Her younger brother Aaron appeared with the rest of the family in at least one issue of Nightwing's first [ongoing] series. Not sure that this would be him, though...
