Space Ghost and The Silver Surfer

I don't know if it is because of the cool costume, simple set up or just nostalgia, but I have enjoyed Space Ghost in all of his incarnations.  I loved the cartoon as  a kid, thought that the talk show was pretty darn funny, and even enjoyed the DC mini-series that attempted a more serious look at the hero.  It's a testament to the strength of the character that he can be enjoyable in so many variations

Maybe a live-action TV series at some point in the future...?

As I understand it, SPACE GHOST: TOS was originally conceived as a kind of "Batman in Outer Space" by animator/creator Alex Toth. And I can well believe it.

I also love the way you incorporated the version of Galactus created for the H-B version of FANTASTIC FOUR on ABC, circa 1966.

It's cool to see Space Ghost show up in these pages every so often. He's a character full of possibilities, from the cheesily comic to the incredibly straightforward.

I'd like to see him teamed with other space-based heroes from time to time... we've seen him in a nice two-parter with Adam Strange, but how about some of the non-Earth Green Lanterns? Or maybe the Guardians of the Galaxy? (Just a general thought/suggestion to help the creative juices... as if you need help in that area!)

Loved the original series, the later revival series and the various comic book incarnations (Gold Key, DC and there was a one-shot that I think was done was Comico). I absolutely HATED the talk show - and despised "Harvey Birdman" with equal passion and fervor. Speaking of Hanna-Barbera's Birdman, who about teaming him with a DC hero at some point? Or better still, how about one of your multi-character crossovers - an all Hanna-Barbera team-up that features Birdman and Space Ghost with the H-B version of the Fantastic Four AND the Super Friends? I personally think that would be REALLY cool!!!!

Space Ghost has met with The Thing on here before and will definitely return. Birdman has also been featured on here and has more appearances in store as well...

Great cover! It would be a fantastic battle, with a good chance of Space Ghost becoming big G's next herald.

Sorry to crowd your inbox with more suggestions, but you also have Dr. Who, Adam Warlock, the Watcher, the Galaxy Trio and Star Trek as possibilities. Maybe even meet Mar-Vell, have a situation where they are forced to swap wrist bands.

The Space Ghost/Space: 1999 cover is still awesome.

@Anonymous: That's a John Byrne Galactus, which I think is from 1979 but could be from c.1983. The Hanna-Barbera Galactus is here:

Late to the party but Batman and Space Ghost did team up on Batman the Brave and the Bold. Gary Owens even voiced him,but Gary didn't sound like Space Ghost except for a couple lines. I think that this was right before he died. https://youtu.be/8PE7WOHMjaA
