Black Canary Vs. She-Hulk
There's a picture floating around on the web of Brigitte Nielson as She-Hulk and as far as I know that is the closest that the character has ever come to making the transition to a live action property. She-Hulk is a tough one to pull off on the big screen, but I do think that there is an angle which could work for the character. I could see a TV series that maintained the humorous tone of the Dan Slott run striking a chord with audiences. Mix in equal doses of superhero action and courtroom antics and you could have a unique show. Black Canary will be getting another chance at live action soon with the upcoming Arrow series.... or at least Dinah Lance will - but I am sure it will only be a matter of time before she suits up.

How would She-Hulk fair as a member of Birds of Prey? hmmmmmm...
Ross, when do we get to see a team-up with M.O.D.O.K up in here? Now THATS a villain!

I like your idea for a She-Hulk TV series, mixing superhero action with courtroom drama and tongue-in-cheek humor. If done well, I think it would be a hit.
Back when She-Hulk #1 was released there was (for the era) a considerable amount of mainstream media promotion. I remember reading an article in the Toronto Star newspaper about the character and her first issue. At the time, they were exploring the possibility of a movie to come out as quickly as possible. The actress attached to this project (according to the article) was Racquel Welch.
How about Black Canary and Dazzler?
That would be a good one because they can combine their abilities for some cool effects.
Actually, I had an issue of Dazzler's comic where she and Black Bolt teamed up to overcome the Absorbing Man. It's one only two times that I'm aware of where we get the text:
"Now the time has come for Black Bolt to speak... nay, to shout!"
As for casting She-Hulk in a movie or TV show, I think it'd be interesting to cast a more petite actress, like Hayden Panettierre, as Jen Walters, and find a larger look-alike play the She-Hulk figure.
I hasten to bring this up, but the former WWE wrestler Chyna HAS actually played She-Hulk in an Avengers "porn parody" according to an article I read online.
Anyone else think Dinah went a little heavy with the makeup in this one...?
@ZG: Yeah, as a matter of fact, I do. She looks more like a Dick Tracy villainess!
