I've hear rumors of a third Doctor Strange Movie being announced but nothing concrete yet. If that does not come to pass, I hope we at least get some action with Clea in the upcoming Avengers movies. It's been years since that Charlize Theron cliffhanger in Multiverse of Madness, and I'd like to see it finally paid off.

*I* wish that DC would do something with Deadman. I always found him fascinating as a kid and always thought they never did enough with him until he appeared as a semi regular character for a while in the Phantom Stranger comics.
And then of course there's the Phantom Stranger himself, but that's a whole different discussion.
Who’s Empress Lectra?
Hmmm! This reminds me of some cover art I recently saw on Comic Vine. It showed a British reprint anthology comic called "Strange Planets" (from the mid-1960's) and the cover was plugging a story called "Frog Men vs. Belzar." Basically, an early U.S. Navy SEAL team up against a mini-skirted version of this Lectra.* I guess raven-haired brunettes look more seductive when they're portraying villainesses.
*I'm presuming she's an original character, btw.
I remember reading that reprint in a barber shop back-issue! And, as was typical for comic books back then, the cover art differed from the interior art. The villainess being blonde and lacking any super-powers, whatsoever.
A bitter ex-girlfriend of Mr. Universe, probably.

That's one of the more frustrating things about the MCU phase 4-6. Those post credit scenes with big stars setting up major storylines that never pay off.
I wish they would get it together.
