I think that this would make for an epic match up. I can see them trying to out maneuver each other with some dramatic results. Who do you think would win this war?

I'm not sure, Ross. But, I can tell you one thing. This would be an MPMPRPG (massively popular multi-player role-playing game)!
Could I request something really wacky? Zoo Crew vs. The Bad Guys!
I'm up for more of these super-super-villain clashes. Maybe seeing a cover where the superheroes take a break and have a ringside seat, with added popcorn, while the big beasts clash.
Although as a Silver Ager, Brainiac isn't Brainiac unless he's green.
Who would win? Everyone else, that's who. These two would end up defeating each other.
On the other hand, if it was Ra's al Ghul versus the Grandmaster, well, that's anyone's guess. That could be a 100-page special in itself.
Depends on all the research Brainiac had done for Mr T.'s thinking and power skills. From Convergence mini series, we know Brainiac is part of a multi dimensional Master Brainiac. Hmm, throw the Joker in for the mix?
You mean the Batmanhattanite Who Laughs?
Do it for a laugh? Could be...
Ooooh... Deadpool vs the Batman Who Laughs. Just imagine that.
Or imagine Mal Duncan as the Hornblower...trying to blow the Infinity Horn (of Dreadstar fame)!
I sometimes wonder if Ed Hannigan's 1983 redesign of Brainiac is what inspired Mark Gruenwald et al. to come up with Skeletron in an issue of QUASAR, ten years later.
Furthermore, if they were accidentally amalgamated (a la Iron Beetle), would they call themselves "Infinitron"?
By "they," I meant Brainiac and Thanos.
@Carycomic: "Infinitron" would be better than "Thaniac"!
@Anon1234: lol! Good one. :-)
Mal!
Braniac's undoing has always been the delusion of his own superiority as a logical and emotionless robot
An interesting story might be Braniac's attempt to escape assimilation from the Borg and trying to find a way to turn the tables on them like feeding them Nomad as a virus.
Which Nomad? Jack Monroe...or the mutated space probe from "The Changeling" episode of STAR TREK: TOS?
Why not split the difference and have Brainiac feed a Phalanx virus-infected Jack Monroe to the Borg?
Now, THAT I would definitely buy for sixty cents! :-)
