Barda is seeking out some great warrior women to fill out her new team, and asking Red Sonja to join seemed like the perfect way to start. There are still three more spots to fill, though. Who will be recruited next? Stay tuned to future issues of STF to find out!

Yes!!!! A group like that has had so many anonymous proponents, here, of late, that they must be positively jumping up and down like Simone Biles impersonators, in sheer joy, right this moment!
As to who should be recruited next? I vote for Thundra of the Femizons. If only because she's long overdue for a charming third visit
@Carycomic: Technically, Thundra proper has only appeared once! The other was Lyra: a genetically hybridized clone of Thundra courtesy of the Hulk's DNA. Basically, the Earth-8009 version of Conner "Superboy" Kent.
Power Girl would seem to fit in.
Jen Walters seems like she'd be a natural for a group called "The Furies." Jinx from GI Joe would also fit in well, I think. And for a "Dark Horse" candidate (pun totally intended), perhaps Ghost.
Sonja might join for the 'UNKNOWN' part of the adventure. Since Time Travel is no problem, few limitations.
What about Painkiller Jane or Vampirella?
I mean, you've only used Vampi nine times. And PKJ not even once!
I'm guessing Buffy T. V. S. will be 1 of the 3. You should've just done this as a 4 part series in a row (for easy following) since you've done most other multi-parters back to back.
If movie heroines are allowed, I nominate Ripley from Aliens and Sarah Connor from the Terminator series.
Interesting guesses, and all good choices - but nobody has mentioned any of the remaining 3 members yet. That's a hint, and another is that one is from Marvel, one was published by DC but is not part of the mainstream DCU, and the last first appeared in live action.
Maybe recruit Bo-Katan or Vampirella
Power Princess (from Squadron Supreme); Fury (daughter of Golden Age Wonder Woman from Infinity, Inc.) and Filmation's Isis (as played by the late, great Joanna Cameron).
Bo-Katan??? Oh, yeah! The GFFA's* answer to
Scarlett Johansen as the Black Widow.
*Galaxy Far, Far Away.
@Anon444: Two from Greek mythology (sort of) and one from Egyptian mythology. How nicely synchronous! :-)
Btw: how about a cover featuring Barda's hubby, Mr. Miracle, vs. the xenomorphs from ALIENS?*
*Check out the production company end credits for the new FX series ALIEN: EARTH if you wanna know why. ;-D
Xena?
Why not?
Another ancient Greek who's certainly urn-ed it.
Seriously, though: how about May Parker as Spider-Ma'am? I mean, anybody who can get Wolverine to eat breakfast _without_ smoking a cigar at the kitchen table...!
