@Ross: I can understand her trepidation, though. Because, even without such a foolish-sounding promise, I doubt even the two of them could put the proverbial kibosh on Mr. Universe all by themselves. Time for her to call in Big Barda and the New Female Furies!

I wonder what former Mr. Universe Arnold Schwarzenneger would think of this villain giving his former title a bad name?

Maybe Hawkeye has a special arrow like the one that Roy Harper once tried to use against Superboy-Prime? While touring The Fortress of Solitude at some earlier date (with the other Titans), Roy had had surreptitiously "acquired" a miniature (and possibly single-use?) Phantom Zone projection device, and had adapted one of his arrows to carry that...
