Agents of the Abyss (The Animated Series!)

 


The Agents of the Abyss first appeared over a decade ago in STF #631, and I have been meaning to bring them back ever since.  What better way than as their own animated series? I'd happily tune into a show like this over a heaping bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios.

    And I know just the thing to bring them together in the series premiere. "The Death-dealer From The Depths!"


    The distributors would probably insist on the name change to avoid suggestions of racism (the real-world Dead Sea being in the Middle East and all).

    @Sonofjack: I not only remember Moby Dick with great fondness. I also remember the anime series Marineboy! Both were concurrent with the Filmation Aquaman voiced by Marvin Miller.

    Some time the Agents should go up against the Death Dealer of the Deep, don't you think?

    Also, it occurs to me that most of the team (those along the front row on this cover) have live-action portrayals. Ecco can (for practical purposes) be portrayed by any dolphin, which leaves only Stingray.

    it needs the dc Character Dolphin ( the white haired beauty ) Aqua Mariner from Gerry Anderson’s Stingray to add a touch more Glamour to this Team… and i second the idea of JabberJaws.
