Supergirl and Ms. Marvel in: "My Sister, Medusa!"

This marks the 12th appearance of The Danvers Twins on this blog.  The 13th appearance will be tomorrow, as this is only Part One of a Two-Part Epic.  Can anything - or anyone - help STF's most famous sister act out of this stony predicament? Make sure you come back tomorrow to find out!

  1. The first person who comes to mind would be Dr. Midnite (any of them)! After all, no direct line of sight, no petrification. Right? With Dr. Stephen Strange and, perhaps, Dr. Myrra Rhodes of the Creature Commandos as consulting physicians.

  2. I'm with Cary, and am hoping that the solution lies with the Physicians to the Supers (who have appeared only twice so far).

  3. I'm still hoping for Dr. Eclipse (arch-enemy of the Valiant/Acclaimed version of Dr. Solar) vs. Doctor Eclipse (superheroic version of ZZZed the Immortal from Eclipse Comics' incarnation of Airboy).

  4. Maybe she's having a staring contest w/ the Grey Gargoyle?

  5. Use a camera/drone to analyze Linda. Who would give her a change like that and why?

    To fix it? Spells, use of kryptonite, Alien tech?? Wasn't her S-Shield on the other side? Interesting situation.

  6. It could be a Red Kryptonite effect, in which case it's probably time-limited anyway.

  7. Maybe Stone Boy (from the Legion of Substitute Heroes) could be of some assistance?

  8. @Ken R: Grey Gargoyle petrifies by touch.

    @Det. Tobor: I agree with Simreeve's guess.

  9. Hey! I just thought of a perfect sequel for STF #4070. A riff on "Clash of the Titans" with Super-Medusa vs. Chthulhu!

  10. #Anon@10:44: The spelling s actually "Cthulhu." So you might want to get that extra "h" out of there. ;-)
