Machine Man and Robotman in: "Restoration Project!"

The final episodes of Doom Patrol should air on MAX soon, and it will be interesting to see how everything wraps up in the series.  Cliff Steele has been put through a lot, so I hope he finds some sort of happy ending.  Let's hope it isn't too long before the team appears in the new DCU.

Machine Man met the original Robotman in STF #2001...

  2. I have similar hopes for a ninth appearance by the entire Robo Force.

Let me be the first to say, though, that I am NOT a robot! ;-D

  3. Is it just me or is Machine Man holding his right arm in his right arm?

  4. Even if Cliff doesn't feel pain, that could be too much for him by himself.. Ross, what was your idea for the story?

  5. @Det. Tobor: the disarming notion that even the most able-bodied need an occasional hand?

    "Arm Fall-Off Robot"?

It looks like he wants to lend a hand.

  8. Looks like Robotman lost an argument with Magnus. They're going to need help from Cyborg, R2-D2, Fix it Felix Jr., Gadget Hackwrench or Inspector Gadget. Now there's a repair crew. Their only other hope would be the Right to Repair group. I'm still not a robot btw.

  9. Actually, Ken, that's not a bad name for such a line-up. The Repair Crew!

    You're a genius. :-)

  10. Thanks Carycomic, although we could also have Shuri, Tochiro from Captain Harlock, or even Gyro Gearloose. Naturally, Tony Stark and Reed Richards wouldn't have time for this job. But maybe Hank Pym could handle a soldering iron or two.

  11. Whatever Cliff's been up to here, it looks like it's costing an arm and a leg.

(I'm surprised nobody beat me to that one.)

I concur with Cary about Ken's lineup; it's something I'd like to see here. And I think I'd want to add The Fonz.

  12. @Bob Greenwade: I already use that joke with my chiropractor. So, I decided to let you get the upper hand. ---Cary.
