Batman and Daredevil have a bit of history on the blog - they shared Golden Age adventures together in STF #1584 as well as on an early B&B Cover... and their first meeting was in even earlier MS Paint B&B meeting... More recently, they were ambushed by the Owls in STF #1114...
Wait if this were adapted to live action...that would be so wild for Ben Affleck.
ReplyDeleteOh, man! Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of STF #1114?
ReplyDeleteHappy belated anniversary, Ross! :-)
Very cool cover, Ross! That's a bit of dramatic license in that the bat's shadow in the Bat-signal doesn't fall on DD (he gets the full light on him), but who cares? I'd love to see this as an actual comic -- or, as AirDave suggested, a live-action feature with Ben Affleck in both roles.
ReplyDeleteThose bat-Signals are very high tech these days... I like how this one came out as well, one of the covers that might make for a good poster.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised.i thought it was a normal bat signal and a high-tech wall.
ReplyDeleteRoss, did you generate that Bat-symbol yourself, or was that taken from an actual cover?
ReplyDeletePlease do a follow-up cover Ross. There has to be a resolution to this, or, at least show us what DD did to get on the bad side of der Batman. And the selective-shadow Bat-signal is excellent.
ReplyDeleteNeil, I found a bat-symbol and superimposed it, then added brick texture afterwards.
ReplyDeleteHoly Crud, that is a fantastic cover! I wish we could blow this up to a poster, it's that awesome!
ReplyDeleteThank you, David!
