The Flash and Ghost Rider in: "Rest in Peace - Or Race in Purgatory!"
The Flash first met Ghost Rider way back in STF #243... when he was recruited for a mission in Hell. I suppose a race in purgatory is a step up from that, at least!
@Cary & Ross: it was also nine years ago, yesterday, that the Black Racer went up against all the Avengers. So, if you find another chance to use that character, how about having him depicted as going after his female namesake from Madame Hydra's Serpent Society?
It could even be tied into "Dr. Strange & the Multiverse of Madness" as a side-effect of Wanda's mini-incursions! Like, say, Quicksilver finally blinks back into existence following the collapse of the Chthonic Temple. And alongside him is an amnesiac super-speedster just as bedraggled-looking as Namor in FF v.1/Annual #1 (from 1963).
This could also be a worthy sequel to STF #'s 2096 and 4418.
ReplyDeleteHappy 2nd day of the New Year, Ross! :-)
P.S.---both those "issues" involved the Black Racer.

DeleteFlash already guested im Marvel's universe as "Buried Alien " so this would not be much of a surprise..but it would be a natural for him!!
ReplyDeleteMarvel Studios SO needs to adapt that, with John Wesley Shipp in the role! Really needs to happen!

DeleteI'm guessing this is the Barry Allen Flash. Possibly killed by the erstwhile May Parker alias... "The Auntie Monitor!"
