With all the timeline jumping that each of these franchises has done, I figure it's only a matter of time before they bump into each other. I get a kick out of the idea of Doc Brown and Marty doing their best to avoid having Judgment Day becoming a reality.
Or worse, having the DeLorean turn out to be a Decepticon!*
ReplyDelete*Hey! That could be the sequel. ;-)
"Save the clock tower, save the world."
ReplyDeleteThese poses suggest that Doc and Marty have the T-100 on their side at this point. That suggests a bizarre twist in the story that I'm sure others can figure out.
ReplyDelete@emsley: That's more of a Claire Bennett or Hiro Nakanura (Heroes) thing.
@Ross: Speaking of Hiro, it might be interesting to see a photo cover with him and adult Wesley Crusher (if you've seen his cameo on Star Trek: Picard). If nothing else, there's clearly a time war going on in the background of the STFU, and they'd be well positioned to deal with it.
Carycomic -
ReplyDeleteYou mean Gigawatt, from TF/BTTF right? :p
If you mean the IDW mini-series from two years ago, no. I never heard of it till I googled it, just now. Diamond Distributors must have a feud with them, too! Not even the tpb got mass-marketed in Connecticut.
ReplyDeleteIf Biff has nothing to do with it, then Doc and Marty probably feel pretty contended.
ReplyDeleteThey might even feel this is a character for a deodorant commercial.
Carycomic, there was a Delorean Transformer figure, an Autobot named Gigawatt. I didn't even know there was a comic crossover.
ReplyDeleteAlso, hello to fellow Nutmegger.
Or else, Biff got a new bod!
ReplyDelete@Det. Tobor: in which case, this particular Terminator would probably have his serial number changed to...T-3-BO.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 5:02, 😂
ReplyDelete@ ShadowWing Tronix: Likewise! P.S.---if John Steed's partner adopted Wade Wilson's alter-ego/code-name, would that make her...Deadpeel?
