Hawkeye in the House of Mystery

I saw that Can and Abel have been cast for the upcoming Netflix series, and I an glad that they will be a part of the mix.  DC's most famous horror hosts have entertained readers for years, and it's high time they received a live action treatment!  I'm not familiar with actors Sanjeev Bhaskar and Asim Chaudhry, but I hope they do the roles justice with equal amounts of mystery, darkness, and humor.

This is only Part One of a Two-Part Tale, so make sure you come back tomorrow for the exciting conclusion!

No mystery. there...Sanjeev Bhaskar, OBE (born 31 October 1963) is an English comedian, actor and television presenter, best known for his work in the BBC Two sketch comedy series Goodness Gracious Me and star of the sitcom The Kumars at No. 42.

He also presented and starred in a documentary series called India with Sanjeev Bhaskar in which he travelled to India and visited his ancestral home in today's Pakistan.
you may be in luck after all.

  3. This is the first I've heard of a House of Mystery series on Netflix. I probably will at least take a look at the first episode.

@Horsefeathers: I take it Mr. Bhaskar is the person cast as Cain?

  4. Why does Hawkeye look like he's coming from the House?
Cain & Able were lucky they never had a 3rd brother named Mark. Why??
You would have heard a lot of "Was Cain Able to hit the Mark whenever he wanted?"and so on.

  5. Oops... never mind, H. My brain finally parsed Ross' answer in the OP.

  6. @Tobor: The original Cain and Abel did have a third brother, Seth (and probably more, but we know specifically about that one). I don't know if the HoM pair have ever been shown to have any other siblings.

  8. Hawkeye? Corrupted?! Naaaaah! Not with fellow Roustabout Deadman shielding him via the energies of Rama Kushna.

  9. @Anonymous: I don't think Boston Brand was available for this "adventure." He was too busy trying to overshadow the Kingpin @ STF #3213!

  10. Hmmm! That might explain how Kingpin got hold of the Ruby of Life. He visited the House of Mystery!

  11. I doubt there is a HOM tv series. I assume Cain and Able were cast for HBO's Sandman series.

  12. You mean, Thomas Haden Church is getting his own series?! He must be playing the Sandman as an anti-hero working for Silver Sable!

You mean since Flint couldn't go for the gold, he took the silver?
