I thoroughly enjoyed the third season of Daredevil on Netflix, and I hope that the days of the Marvel shows on that streaming service are not over. The cancellations of both Luke Cage and Iron Fist and Disney/Marvel preparing a streaming service of their are foreboding signs, though. At least we know we will get one more season each of Jessica Jones and The Punisher.
This is the third time these two have faced off on this blog - they last battled in STF #2291, and first met in STF #1547.
Adrian Chase was pretty cool as the updated The Vigilante in the pages of New Teen Titans, too.
ReplyDeleteIs the Netflix The Punisher series better than the films?
Wouldn't it have to be?
DeleteRoss, when these two first met, you commented that you were surprised you hadn't matched them before.
ReplyDeleteHere's another pair I'm surprised you haven't done: Storm and the Red Tornado.
I'm surprised Solo (the one-man anti-terrorist) isn't after the both of them.
ReplyDelete"You two have victimized more civilians--caught in the crossfire with your targets--than your targets! So, in the interest of public safety, you're both going down."
Sorry, Cary.
ReplyDeleteThis time Solo has his Hans tied.
Not as bad as his uncle with the Napoleon Complex. :P
ReplyDelete@Anomynous 1: Great pun!
ReplyDelete@my namesake: I thik Cary's was a little bit better.
ReplyDeleteROSS that's a Nifty Cover.
ReplyDeleteHey! That could be the name of the gangster they're both after: Frank Nifty.
ReplyDeleteI predict a double funeral.
ReplyDeleteCary Comic Frank Nifty & The Unmentionables!
